This luxury residential building is located by the southern of Bukhan River. The chosen site is blessed with completely wonderful watery scenery. The house was located in the north as far as it can be for a big sunny yard in the south. It looks like it was put inside the thick fence. To make it looks much bigger; this square house is surrounded by a one meter wide balcony. The black concrete used has created the feeling of traditional Korean-style houses. The pilotis space could be more expanded since the building is lifted about one floor’s height from the floor.
