Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects have designed a new terminal in a 1.3 mile extension of the Caltrain rail line. This San Francisco’s newest Transbay Transit Center Project can now move forward following the loan deal of the closure of a $171 million Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA).
