I have been viewing your minimalist designs along with other designs and Its hard to understand why these designs are so expensive. I’m 51 years old and would like to retire in about 10-15 years, we have been looking for a clean design about 2500 sq ft with a lap pool for exercise. Our desired location would be NM, Arizona and Vegas. I’m a certified welder and can perform all the steel framing work and metal fabrication.
The homes that I like are about 1-3 million which is out of our reach, could you shed some light on how to build a home with a clean design, minimalist look but warm.
